Chris Chambers

Entertainer–Presenter–Producer

Chris has appeared in Cabaret and Theatres throughout the UK, his appearances of late, have mainly been confined to the South West area, where he is a well known popular local personality, his Talent show “Stairway To The Stars” gained National recognition, with both Press and TV coverage during its phenomenal 16 year run, playing to packed audiences, whilst helping many aspiring Entertainers on their way to success.

Many of today’s Cabaret Stars were launched during his show. Such was the popularity of this show, many Household Names from the world of Show-business were regularly on the Judges Panel, including Nina Myscow who appeared for 10 years on the “Grand Final” panel, other celebrities included, Bobby Davro, Larry Grayson, Buster Merryfield, Sonya, Tom O’Conner, Ruby Murray and many more. The show also attracted many top Agents, Management Companies, Recording Studio Moguls and TV Producers including the Producer of The Royal Variety Performances for the BBC, Kevin Bishop who appeared on 3 Grand Final Panels.

Over the years Chris has produced and worked alongside some of the ‘all time Greats’, both as a Producer and Presenter. His wealth of knowledge and contacts make him the ideal Co-ordinator or Consultant for your event. Be it a large event such as The Eastern Counties Show where Chris Co-ordinated the 2002 event for C.E.O Andrew Mercer or indeed smaller events where lower budgets are given the same amount of care and attention.

If you ever see the name Chris Chambers connected with a show, whether it be T.V’s Real Stars in Their Eyes, Stairway to The Stars, or any live show, you can count on it being Sparkling, Well Produced and Exciting.

The Stage and Television Today

Hosting the Show was Devon based funny man Chris Chambers, his relaxed but assured style made him the surprise Hit of the Night, his Country Yocal routine was one of the funniest things I have ever seen, A real Show Biz Classic Routine.
